Your journey begins with a brief Trip Request Form, followed by a complimentary consultation to discuss your travel style, preferences, and priorities. If a planning fee applies, it will always be discussed upfront before I begin thoughtfully designing your personalized journey.

Curate
Inspired by your vision, I’ll curate a personalized itinerary with destinations, accommodations, and experiences chosen especially for you. Together, we’ll refine the details until every part of your journey feels perfectly aligned with your travel style and preferences.

Reserve
Once your itinerary is finalized, I’ll secure your accommodations, transportation, and experiences while guiding you through important pre-travel details such as travel protection, passport and visa requirements, and other essentials—so you can feel prepared and confident before departure.

Elevate
With the foundation of your journey in place, I’ll add thoughtful finishing touches such as dining, spa experiences, private tours, entertainment, and local activities. Your personalized itinerary and travel details will also be available through the mobile app, making everything easy to access along the way.
